Supports Manager
Position Status: Full- Time
Location: Greensboro, NC
The Arc of NC is seeking a full-time Supports Manager to support to individuals/families with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Greensboro area.
The Supports Manager will assist individuals/families with the hiring, managing, training and evaluating of staff. The Supports Manager will also provide clinical supervision for staff, develop short-range goals, complete required reports, and monitor individual authorized services. They will maintain communications with all invested parties, coordinate team meetings with families and provide support to individual/families during challenging situations. Some travel is required.
Candidate should be a motivated team player, flexible, creative, hardworking and organized, as well as have excellent problem solving and communications skills. Candidate must have solid computer skills and should possess a thorough knowledge of person-centered thinking and state and federal regulations.
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of full-time experience in the field of developmental disabilities and must meet the qualifications of a Qualified Professional.
